I have 5 ducks, a female cayuga, 3 female khaki campbells, and a male ancona. We had the cayuga first, then adopted the khakis and then the ancona. We also have 8 chickens in the same coop and pen area. The male was always pretty rough with the females but we knew that was normal. There was always one khaki that looks like she got it a little worse than the others, her neck got pretty bald and she seemed to fight him off a little more than the others. For the last week or so she hasn't come out of the coop much, when she does the male ancona chases her back in. I am worried she has been rejected by the flock, I am not sure what to do. The rest of the flock is enjoying the nice weather outside and every time she comes outside she gets chased off.

Edit: She has also stopped laying, she stopped right around the time all this started. She doesn't appear to be hurt other than a little dirty from not getting a bath and is getting food to eat, there is a feeder in the coop and water.

I used to have a miniature silver apple yard duck in the same situation as your khaki, there are a few methods for this that might work...you can separate her from the flock for two weeks,
You can separate the bully duck for a week or you can put her and the bully duck in a shed or something with a fence between them to stop them from being injured, do this for two weeks too.
personally this never worked for me and I ended up getting rid of the appleyard and the bully ducks... but It’s worth a try
