I think my girl is dying

I don’t know what else I can do, but yesterday afternoon my hens tail was pulsing and she was sitting underneath the rosemary bush. I gave her some Tums, because I thought maybe she was having trouble laying and she has not laid an egg this year yet. Her comb is usually standing really tall, but today it is all bent over and she keeps closing her eyes. I thought might have been egg bound, but she laid an egg this morning. Her poop has been very watery. I just don’t know what is wrong with her and feel like she is fading very fast. Does anybody out there have any suggestions or know what could be wrong with her?I also noticed that she is breathing heavier than normal.

This is what she looks like right now and the other picture is what she normally looks like. The last picture is of her pool which has never looked like that, but for the past two days it has been watery.

She’s gorgeous. Is she eating and drinking?
Thank you for responding. I noticed she seems like she has not been eating today or drinking. I gave her the Tums and a magnesium capsule and she ate some mealworms and then I was surprised that she took a couple sips of water outside. I just gave her a warm Epsom salt bath, but she does not look good and she is breathing hard. I wonder if it is possible that she could be backed up with more than one egg? She roosted last night with the other girls and when I went in the coop this morning she was sitting on the first egg she laid this year.

Her comb is usually really standing up right, but now it’s all bent over. I’m just wondering if that could indicate some sort of a heart issue? Does anybody out there know?

I'm very sorry about you're hen. Have you felt for an egg inside of her? Just don't squeeze hard, as it could break. And that would NOT be good!

Thank you for replying, yes I did put a glove on my hand and I felt around inside her vent with my index finger and I could not feel anything. I used a lubricating jelly but it seemed like when I did that she sort of jumped a bit. Her belly does not seem enlarged either, but the way her tail is pulsating makes me feel like she has an egg stuck inside her. The only other thing I noticed that seems a little weird is her vent sort of looks shrunken.
