I think my hen got into a fight

My hen might have gotten into a fight with another chicken. Her eye is red and she is not as active. She is 2.5 months old. How can I help her?

I would irrigate the eye with saline or Bausch and Lomb Eye Relief Eye Wash twice a day. Ointment such as Terramycin or plain Neosporin (just a dot) then could be applied into the eye twice daily.
