I think my hen is backed up.

One of my hens went broody this spring. She was using the main box where all the hens like to lay their eggs. I have 3...they just like to lay in that one box. Anyways the rest of the hens moved on to another box except my BCM. She hasnt laid for about 4 weeks now and there is a large ....bulge at her rear end. Wondering if anyone else has ever came across this and if there is any solutions?

she could be egg-bound, i don't know much about it because i've never had to deal with it. but that gives you something to go on

She sure sounds egg bound....it should be tended to quickly as it can kill them.
Is she pooping OK?
Isolate her in a large wire dig crate over night so you can monitor her output.
Soaking bird in a warm bath is usually the first thing to try.
