My girl is doing good, she seems to be recovering. She is standing but in a corner of the box I have her in, eating and pooping fine. I did notice that she does not go for the food directly but roots around for the food and water. I was noticing that her pupils are large and she roots around to find the food and water. She can stand but she can not yet walk, I have her in a Chicken chair I made, she moves her toes and feet. I am wondering if the Hawk attack caused some kind of l neurological issue. I have attached picture of her eyes. Any thoughts would greatly appreciated.

Can you get a video of her rooting around looking for food? For video, upload to youtube and provide a link.

Is she in the chair all the time?
If you entice her with a nice treat, can she follow your hand?

This is the story of my blind girl. I hope it helps! Tapping on food will help her to realize it’s there and you can even a word you say for food and for water that she can learn so she knows what you put in front of her.
