I think my quail has bumblefoot?

Hiya just went to clean out the aviary and noticed one my courtaix toes are swollen...dont laugh but only way i can describe it is her toes look like a small parsnip and some kinda bulge/abcess on bottom of her foot

1) is this bumblefoot sorry couldnt get a better pic

2) i heard u treat by soaking in epsom salts and then put antibacterial spray on is this correct? Also will that help the little abcess thing or will i have to try and drain it?

Sam can you get a pic of the bottom as well. Yes Epsom salt soak to start with.
