Okay, and just so everyone knows.....we fixed a nice, warm cozy bed full of fresh hay for her to have them in....and she picked the spot in the yard with the most dirt!!! Ha! And it really shows up on those new white coats.......

I guess since it was her birthing, she's entitled to pick the spot, but it made it a little hard for her to get them cleaned up. I had read that sometimes goats that were bottle raised will reject their babies, but obviously Mary didn't read that book. She's a great mama......

*I got two bucks and a doe from a kidding last month, with all the bucks being born, I am fully expecting at least one buck from my other doe who will kid sometime soon.

Congrats on two healthy boys! I do find it entertaining that so many momma animals pick a spot that we would never want them to have their babies at. One of my llamas had hers right on the manure pile!
