I don't blame you. If it comes to it, just work your finger in very slowly, you will feel the "path" your finger should take. Trust me, sticking my finger up chicken butts was NEVER something I thought would be in my future, but I've learned chickens never read the Chicken Handbook and insists on throwing curve balls ;-) If you have to do it, just go slowly. Hopefully, she will pass anything that is stuck.

It's really good she pooped - were they normal poops? Any sign of egg yolk or egg white in them?

I can imagine she is in discomfort, I would guess maybe some sort of cramps going on there which would make sense why she won't lay down. Is her tail still down? How is her breathing?

hi everyone its been a few hours now ive had her in my enclosed shower with a blanket. she never laid a part of egg but LOADS of poo and one had a huge clump of grass so im hoping that was it. shes acting normal again she ate half the bottom of cupcake i know its not good for her im just glad she ate something THANK YOU ALL for your help and all if you here on byc are great people thanks so much if i didnt get suggestions from all of yall she probly wouldnt be here thanks again
