I know pictures are the best way to tell, but I wasn't able to get one of her standing yet. If I can get one, I'll add it later. So here's my thinking on why she may be a HE. All 5 chicks are within days of being the same age, she used to have more feathers than the other RIR, but now she clearly has significantly less feathers on her back and head (I read somewhere that roo's feather more slowly in certain spots). Her tail is a good inch longer than the other RIR and she holds it upright all the time - not sure if that's significant. And lastly, her comb seems to be growing faster than the other chicks and is starting to turn pink. My hubby and I are really hoping she's not a roo because she's one of our two favorites. She's really friendly and docile - not exactly a roo trait. What do you guys think? (I'm crossing my fingers)

Sorry, I think it is a he, I may be wrong but it depends how many weeks he is or if he is a fast maturing girl.
