my chick nefertiti had a JUMBO mealworm that my dah thought would be really cool to feed them since then shes been doing this weird twitchy thing she hasnt tryed to spit it but but im really worryied

I'll bet she'll be okay. She's probably twitching 'cause the worm feels funny inside & she hasn't felt that before. She'd probably be stretching her neck & gaping her mouth open if it was stuck in her throat.

Do you feed them grit??? They need grit to digest the worms.

If you haven't been feeding grit, you can pick up a few teeny tiny pebbles outside or a pinch or two of sand and either put it in a container where they can pick at it, or sprinkle it on top of some food (a slice of tomato would work well, or you could just sprinkle on top of chick starter) to help them get the idea.
