So, last week my chickens who never get out of my yard and always put themselves in the coop a night... didn't go in their coop and one left the yard. The next morning (they were all found and put away that night) the one chicken who got out of the yard was being attacked by the 2 other BO's. She seemed to have some injuries to her left leg and the girls were attacking to kill. What do you think got to her??? She's been mostly laying down or limping while crutching with her left wing. She won't put down the foot all the way. What should I do? What do you think is wrong? (The elbow is slightly bigger than the right elbow and swollen, the leg is warm to the touch, she tucks it up but never fully puts it down.) (Yes, I'm aware she "she" might be a "he." LOL Wishful thinking.)
    THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
