I think these are Welsumer Chicks but not sure

So these chicks are about 4 weeks old and I want think they may be Welsumer chicks but when I looked up pictures they do not seem to match.
I bought these as part of a rare breed variety mix from Tractor Supply.
Anyone know?

Welsummer looks right. Check in when they are more feathered in just to double check though.

They sell chicks year round online through Hoover Hatchery. I just purchased another rare mix of 10 chicks that should arrive to my post office on Friday
