I think 1,2, and 4 are cockerels. From that picture I lean pullet on 3.

I also lean to # 3 being a pullet. Need a better picture of # 2.

I think 2 and 4 are actually the same chicken! Here are hopefully better pics - not in same order. First one hatched late May-early June, other 3 early May.

The only one I question on this is the one with blue legs but it's probably male looking at those shoulders (it's probably just because it's younger). The other three are for sure.

I agree with @cstephens1987
You have three definite cockerels, and I'm thinking the fourth one is very likely male as well
