I think this 14-15 week old is a cockerel, am I wrong?

Barred rock and ameraucana mix.
My reasons for questioning are:
1st picture) Thick neck with whiter head and long neck feathers unlike sisters. Also has short wings.
2nd & 3rd picture) thick legs, which is more noticeable from a side view but dark, in fact darker than all my other chickens.
4th picture) there is another chicken behind, but I meant to highlight the square tail shape

The Ameraucana makes it possible to have this dark coat and still be a rooster. There is a little speckling of a light orange on the back and the wing tips. Has a small comb and barely any waddles. I'm very confused, I need all the opinions I can get!

Looks like a point of lay pullet to me. Are your other birds the same breed? Comparing things like neck thickness and leg thickness between breeds doesn't really help.

I'm still new, so wait or others to weigh in.

It's definitely a pullet. She's pretty, I like her barring, I wish my BRs looked like her.

Oooohhh. Wouldn't it be nice to get barring accepted as an Ameraucana color! She's breathtaking, really.
