Newbie here, please help! 7/8 week old Barred Rocks or Cucko Maran? Pullet or Roo?

Hello everyone, I was told these two chicks were Barred Plymouth Rock Pullets which is what I wanted. They do not look alike. I think the 1st picture (all taken a week ago) is a Roo. The comb is now turning pink and waddles starting. The 2nd and 3rd picture I believe is a pullet, but she is lighter grey (not dark like a BPR) and her feet are not yellow. Could she be a Cuckoo Marans or another breed? I can't have a rooster as they are too loud for the area I live. Thank you for any advice.

Thank you so much. The lady said she would swap out for a pullet, but said it was too soon to tell. Do you think the one is a BPR? It's confusing since she looks grey and the roo looks dark.

Thank you! I only figured that out by looking online, but I am brand new at this. The darker one has yellow legs.

I agree that he looks like a barred Plymouth rock. The fact that he's a cockerel will become increasingly clear with time; the option to switch for a pullet is nice!

Yes, she is letting me swap for a BPR and Black Copper Maran pullet. Very nice.
