I think this is a Phoenix but i'm not sure

I'm pretty sure it's a Phoenix, I just need some clarification, anyone?

It does look like Phoenix from what can be seen in the photo. Can't speak as to quality as the photo is pretty limited, but he seems to have slate legs, white earlobes, straight comb, is slim, and seems to have the build. Looks like you have at least one Phoenix hen, too, that blue gold looks pretty decent, not so sure about the one behind the roo.
