Sounded good but this a guy who has bought a lot of quail from me brought me over some bobwhites eggs

I cleaned the second bator and filled it up again some with my eggs the bobs and more EE I had. Well at least I made room for them yesterday he he he

How many quail do you have? and what breeds?
Good luck on your egg hatching my hatch rate in the 20% range this year however all eggs where shipped to me.
Give me a broody hen they sure do a great job. I never tried to put quail eggs under a chicken yet it's on my list of to dos

I'm doing something simliar, swapping several pet quality silkies, 2 standard cochin chicks and a SQ blue silkie chick for a pair of red tenn quail.....that may sound like im getting the bad end of the deal but I was giving the PS silkies away, and am techincally only trading the two cochin chicks and blue silkie chick (that i didnt really need) for the pair

I did a full count today since I took care all the males yesterday I have 30 quail and 17 chicks. I only have jumbo brown Coturnix and 2 baby buttons until these bobwhites hatch. After talking to a lady I sold the meat to she wants me to raise more for her, "she said its the best quail she ever had"
