A great hint - Pick a short code name that will otherwise not appear in your paper - like HEP*CEP or some other dumb name. Bold and/or color it (so it's easily recognizable) and assign a "quick-key" to insert it whenever you need the whole phrase. Before you do your final edit, search on the code and replace it with the right phraseology ... spelled once, correctly!I don't know how many times I can type hepatic encephalopathy without messing up
