I have 6 hens who went broody and after eggs disappearing I decided to start my bator and put the eggs in it.. so its been about 4 weeks and only 1 hen has started laying again. My others are not sitting any more they are free range and pinned up at night. Why haven't they started laying? Is there anything I can do?

Some hens take longer to get over the broody bug than others. Sitting on eggs is hard on their little bodies. They need to take care of themselves before they start producing eggs again. You could feed some BOSS or meat scraps for some extra protein. Gamebird feed is higher in protein than layer as well. Don't worry, they'll get back into the swing of things after they've fattened up a little :)
