I tried to give a keet to a broody

Um, it didnt work, I have 3 broodies and all 3 rejected the day-old keet violently... I thought that was a trick that worked with broodies?

Anyone have any tips or insight as to why all 3 broodies would freak out at a chick instead of mothering it?

When did you try to introduce the keet to the broodies? Most people do it at night, so when they wake up, it's "Presto, immaculate conception!"
