I upset the hole flock

Trying to get the yonger flock of 13 and the older flock of 10 to except each other. O Boy!
Ok so this is what I've tried so far, I put both pins side by side for a few weeks and still the little one get bullied bed and I mean harsh, it is beyond pecking order. So 2 days ago, I switched pins. Talking about an upset bunch, I'm glad they can't carry guns. My reasoning is in a few weeks I'll put them all together thing that the older chickens we then become newcomers and less aggressive. I may be rong, will see.

Add the older chickens to the new one at a time over a period of days.

Sounds like a good plan or try as sourland suggested and add one of the older chickens in with the newer ones at a time over a few days. Went through this intro thing myself recently. Older hens still not happy with the younger ones. Chickens can be jerks.
