I use rolled brown paper(Home Depot $11.00) to keep the inside of Coop clean of smell & insects,

Once a week I just roll up paper and put down new paper and throw Pine shavings over it . The RUN area is about 4 x 16ft and throwing Pine shaving down every other day helps with smell also keeps clean.

When i built my coop i bought linoleum squares and glued them down to the plywood and tacked them in the corners for extra hold. Its very easy to clean with an orange peel/white vinegar solution
