I;ve followed other threads, and fine I might not have a Silkie!

On a couple of other threads I've been Silkies and I posted a picture of mine at 5 weeks and people say she might be a cross with a Silkie.

I got my chicks from MPC and I know I ordered a buff Silkie Bantam.

What do you all think???

it looks like a buff silkie to me but not very old,,,,,my buff silkie is about that age and has more feathers

hmmmm, I'm no expert for sure. I have 8 2 week old silkies (partridge) mine look a bit like yours, but i'm surprised how little yours is feathered at 5 weeks, is that a recent photo? mine have long wing feathers which look very different from my other chickens, yours look more like regular feathers from the photo, but it's hard to tell. I assume yours has black legs/skin and five toes, right? I wish I could help more, i'm still very new at all this. I'm sure some silkie experts will chime in!

What a cutie...I see dark skin and feathery feets...she looks alot like my Miss MoneyPenny.
