So I have 21 chicks right now but I want a Rooster for them to keep the flock going but I don't know what to get that will work well with the hens I got. I have a mixture of Barred Rock,Black Sex link and I believe some Golden Laced Wyandottes. I love the way the Golden Laced Wyandottes Rooster looks would it breed well with the barred rocks and the black sex link?

How old are your chicks? Before you buy a rooster, you may want to see if any of your babies turn out to be cockerels. Even if you bought them as pullets, there's some room for error. You may end up with a perfect rooster from what you've already got.
That is true I wasn't going to get a rooster till next summer anyways, I May have a Cockerel they are about 3-4 weeks old

Maybe you'll get lucky and have one or 2 (but not too many, lol) already that your ladies will like. As far as the breeds, I don't much about any of those, but I don't see why the ones you've got and mentioned wouldn't be fine together. My friend has Orpingtons, brahmas, some eggers, a zombie, and several others. I think they all do just fine with the roos of various breeds.

Zombie? That sounds scary 😮

Lol yes!! When she texted me one day and told me she had a zombie chicken, I asked if that was something she needed help with! 😆 Zombie chickens are a cross between Ayam Cemanis and something like a white leghorn. They're really beautiful birds. I'm hoping to get some zombie hatching eggs to successfully hatch out in the spring.

Any rooster of any breed and color will mate with any hen of any breed and any color. Since you have dual purpose sized chickens I'd stick with that size of rooster.

I don't know what you mean with "work well". I need some criteria. What traits do you want the chicks to have that they could get from a rooster? Do color and pattern matter? Those hen should lay pretty well, do you want a rooster from a breed that also lays well? Are you planning to butcher some chicks, do you want them to be bigger so you get more meat? If you just want chicks practically any rooster will work.

If you do not already have a cockerel with those chicks I suggest waiting until those pullets are laying and then introduce a male about a year old. He will have matured past that annoying cockerel phase, that is usually about as easy an integration as you can get.

If you decide to get a rooster, let us know. We may be able to help you find one. Just tell us where you are (at least which country) and whatever criteria you have.
