I want buttons, but how to make sure i get 1 boy and 1 gal?

when I'm not hatching i make blender omelets for the birdies... toss eggs in shell and all blend to bits, scramble up and serve!

I have made deviled eggs for the holidays with chicken, coturnix and button eggs....

Deviled coturnix eggs are a big hit at get-togethers, I've never done button eggs, can't get them peeled without tearing them to bits.
