I want them now!!

Patience Grasshopper!

You're doing your future chicks a favor by waiting. A month from now there will be less chance that they are chilled in shipping and a greatly improved chance that they will arrive healthy and ready to start dominating you.

I can't wait for mine either. The pen and brooder are ready to go, just placed the order last night and found out they won't be here till the end of April. Bummer.

I can certainly sympathize! Seems like we're always eagerly anticipating the arrival of something around here.

Kidding time (or rather "waiting for kidding time") has started here. We're waiting on some bantam chicks to ship the last week of February. More kidding in March. Hopefully turkey poults in April if our tom & hen do their work. Goslings in late April...

The end of winter sure can creep by. I guess I'm glad for all the things we do have to look forward to!

Wow! haha its a 12 X 16 box stall with plywood on 3 /4 sides. I still have to line the bottom foot or so of the last side in plywood and get some chicken wire up. how bout you? It seems like with the stall setup I have no idea what to do with all the space...
