i want to breed my delawares next spring

i just got 2 del chicks, and a del roo chick. and i have 2 del hens a yr old. i also have a 3yr old rhode island red roo. with 9 other hens. so when next spring comes how many weeks in advance do i seperate the del roo and del hens from the others. so i can breed pure dels.

Separate them and three weeks later you can put their eggs in the bator...

Do you have other roos?

If not, can you tell which eggs are your Dellies? If you can pick out the dellies, there is no need to separate
