I want to get a bunny...

It depends on the rabbit. They usually pick a spot to pee and/or poop, so you sometimes have to place the letterbox in the spot they choose. Some can be trained by placing their pee and poop in a box and they may start to use it. Mine never got the picture. Half of our hutches are wire floor, the other half is wood. Some of them decide to pee and poo in both places, so we put letterboxes in the spots they peed and pooped in, only when it was in the coop part. If its in the wire, we don't care because it falls down to the bottom of the cage. Once they pick a place to go, it can be very hard to make them go somewhere else. I don't know of any thread existing as of now.

Okay so they have a favorite spot they like to go kinda like dogs. That doesn't sound like it would be difficult to work with.

Moving the spot is difficult. usually if you put a box in their spot they will just go in it. Sometimes they don't use it right away, but it can take time. My one rabbit wouldn't use it until a month after we gave it to her. They need to learn through time.

I'd love to hear different opinions of breeds and doe vs. buck. It will be a while before I can get one but I want to go ahead and get my research done so I know exactly what I'm looking for later. I will probably keep said rabbit in a cage in my room while I'm not home and it would be allowed out in certain areas of the house and in a predator proof playpen outside while I am home. I am a teenager and I'm going to have to pay for everything for this rabbit out of the money I earn so I'm not looking for a great show bunny. Just looking for a nice tempered pet. Probably would only have one at first, so I'm thinking buck. Whatever I get will be spay/neutered. Anyone have any suggestions? Oh and please feel free to post pics of your bunnies if you are recommending their breed as a pet. Some of the bunnies I've read about on here, I've never heard of and Google isn't always reliable you know.. Thanks in advance :)
I think u should get a holland lop I have pics on my page and maybe instead a netherland dwarf
