I want to know if I can mix ages.

Hello, I have been raising three chicks, they are 3 1/2 weeks old, almost 4 weeks. I was wondering if I can add in a 1 1/2 week old (im estimating age ) chick without any problems. I don't want any of my chickens to suffer if I get a new one, but do you guys think its a good idea? If the breed matters, the ones I have right now are two Rhode island reds, and one Ameraucana, the one I /plan/ or /hope/ to get is a leghorn.

My staggered hatched chicks were about that far apart. They got along fine, too busing trying to discover life and eat food to care about establishing any sort of pecking order. Even to today they all get along fine and they are about 5 months old.
