I want to raise bugs, but...

I would like to raise my chickens as sustainably as possible. I'm planning on planting some greens for them to nibble. One major thing I would like to be able to do is raise bugs for them. The thing is, I am really skeeved out by bugs. I think I could handle the mealworm raising process if it weren't for the fact that you have to interact with beetles. Beetles!! I don't know if I can handle that.

Any tips for me? Perhaps a way to raise some bugs that is a little more hands-off?
