I don't see the icons that allow it. I hven't been very active until lately but i've posted in the past, do I need to wait for something to clear so before I can post picctures again?

You want to click the little picture that looks like a moon over some mountains that's in between the icon that looks like a film strip and the one that looks like a quotation mark

Try going to your profile, then scrolling down to "My Pictures" then click "Upload Photos". Then when you want to post them somewhere, then click the icon that Pyxis described. Hope it works.
