I think he's just as excited about it as I am. He's been a city boy all of his life, and having an opportunity to hatch our own chicks will be a wonderful experience for both of us. I just hope it all goes well. Like everything that's worth doing in life- it's a little scary!

Plus, if he complains about the cost of run and coop materials, I'll just remind him that it's a good deal cheaper than a college tuition.
