NOW TO THE MOST SENTIMENTAL GIFT EVER.

Dad gave mom 3 diamond rings so each of us sisters could eventaully have one.
She gave 2 of us ours now. I was so happy, I will wear it for ever.

HERE IS THE POEM I GAVE TO MY MOTHER

Our Father's Wish ~ Our Mother's Blessing

Sisters we are with strong loving arms
that help to keep each other
strong and glad and true, holding tight
to keep one from falling by the way when
dark clouds are pushing through,
and all of this we were blessed with from you.
The new memories I'll cherish and treasure their worth,
but it is the old that have their hold in our hearts.
The paths we are walking our Dad has cleared and cut,
but it's walking in our Mother's shoe's
that will be keeping us up.
As was our Fathers wish, our arms will stay circled as one,
never giving to the darkness that may try to spread though.
No one understanding or thinking as we do,
to hold onto all the best parts that came as a
Blessing from you.
When we are together sharing our lives old & new
our smiles are wide and our thoughts can't help but go to you.
Some happy days will come along with a little laughter to.
We will open our arms and share with you,
because we are not just three sisters, we are four friends to.
And that is our Blessing to you...

Oh my, what a Beautiful poem! I am soo sorry for the loss of your father. That must have been very hard, for both you, your mother, and your sisters. But you will always have the memories, the pictures, and now, these rings to remember him by, and all the good times you shared together.

Oh my that is beautiful, a moment that you will always remember.
Your mum is so sweet and Ill bet she could not wait one more second to give it to you, she was just as excited as you were.
Thankyou for the sweet post and just make sure that that ring fits your finger well!! I used to work in a jewellers as a diamond consultant and rings have a nasty habit of slipping off when your fingers shrink with the cold!!
