I was given this hen yesterday along with a Dominique Rooster and 3 Rhode island reds. I just cannot figure out what she is. Her name is Grace.

Looks like a crossbred to me. I do like her pattern!

Legbars lay blue or green eggs. I guess I'll have to see. I went to collect eggs earlier and the Rooster attacked me so I'm waiting on my husband to get home from work before we try again. I have to enter the coop to collect eggs and I was told to keep the chickens inside for a week before letting them free range.
