I work nights full time and days part time somewhere else. Sleep deprivation? Me? Never. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
What was I saying?
Oh, yeah, what I have had to do is 'tell myself' sometimes (quite often anymore) what I am about to do, go get, etc.
Otherwise, I would spend two days walking back and forth between rooms trying to figure out what I needed (and probably forget to eat in the meanwhile). I have even gotten to where I have to make a point of looking at (and paying attention to) where I set my coffee down. My whole day is filled with 'keys, keys, don't forget the car keys' Place the coffee on the counter and look at it, so (hopefully) I remember where it is. "The dogs are outside...." you get the point.
Sheesh, I have oldtimer's disease and I'm not (that) old yet.
(Will be a whole 'nuther year older far too soon, tho - friday.)
I will walk into the kitchen to get something and blank out.... and stare.... and then the wife will usually pop her head around the corner and ask me whats taking so long.....
