as told he is a leghorn but everything I've read is that leghorns are not real big...this guy is huge! He was in a extra large dog crate when I took this picture...

He has too heavy of a body...white rock.
 
Big Leghorn roos can get to 6 or 7 pounds but have that long lean Mediterranean body style. He could be but he does look a little thicker like a rock.

Honestly, I'm conflicted on this one.
 
Leghorns are not heavy but are very loooong. Are his tail feathers trimmed? Because from what I’ve seen, leghorn Roos have very long lucious tail feathers.
He was in pretty rough shape when I got him. His tail looks battered
