I have had a few groups of chicks already by now to assume I know 100% I got a rooster in this bunch of cuties.
I was told that its 100% all females, I do not think so so I am here asking y'alls professional opinion. Do I indeed have a roo?

In these pictures is 2 black australorp, 2 Blue australorp - and one Arizona survivor who hatched with out a mama somewhere in my neighbors yard I am assuming it is a buff orpington.

Yes, that one with the large red comb is for sure a rooster. I would never trust someone selling you 100% hens when they are that young. Some roosters take longer to develop.

Some of those other chicks may also end up being roos, so keep an eye out.

Agree with saving grace, that looks to be a roo on the bottom left and possibly the one above him too, keep an eye on the pink in that comb!
Really the comb really hasnt changed much, but i will keep a eye out.

Trying to be cuddle buddies right now with meal worms, he seems to enjoy hanging out in my office.

Cockerels are always the mos friendly...
on the contrary I had a mixed breed that looked like a barred-rock and he was a mean ol'thing, I named Mister Attitude for a reason, he was also very mean to the girls I had to part with him.

I don't have much experience with Roosters, but is it true what I have been reading that the more you handle them and love on them the more friendlier they will become?

No, this is absolutely false! Please do not cuddle or hold your roosters, unless you want them to turn into monsters.

I have had a total of three different roosters, the first one I cuddled every day from a tiny chick. He turned into a monster and flogged my mom badly. The second I cuddled as well, but not nearly as much. He was much better, but still unfriendly. The third I didn't hold or pet or even go near. He is the best rooster I've ever had, and never disrespects me.

When you treat a rooster like a pet it humiliates them, which makes them aggressive. They're made to protect their hens, not be coddled. They are not pets, period.

Okay online has been giving me mixed information, So I thought that if I did cuddle up on him and pet him, he would be more friendly towards me.
