I was wondering if this egg was futile

i just got the egg out of the chicken coop and it was layed 1 hour ago but sally(chickens name) was sitting on it for that long

So if the egg is fertilized witch one do you think is the rooster.. there all 18 weeks and the silver ones are sapphire olive egger and black are midnight majesty maran.
