I would love to buy ducklings

I ordered 20 ducklings from Metzer and only 3 of them died. New York is much more near to California compare to the Philippines so you may get your ducklings all alive.

Do you have an incubator?
If you have, You can buy raw uncooked balut eggs from Asian stores because the ducks they use are layers.

Suddenly I remember I have a cousin from New Jersey and I asked her if she knows any duck farm and she gave me

Thank you so much! I will l will have look into what type of ducks they sell though (I'm looking for khaki campbells and white pekins)

Actually pekins are one of the BEST egg layers...They are a dual purpose bird and are really nice and loving when you get them at a young age.
It can vary a lot depending on the stock they come from, but they definitely aren't one of the best for egg quantity, maybe egg size. Also Pekins are very large and more prone to leg related issues, and have a shorter lifespan, so if you are getting your ducks as pets something like a white layer duck might be a better option.

As others have stated SOME pekins are decent layers but you could get an actual layer breed that will beat even the higher production pekins. But really what i was getting at is lots of people have medical problems with pekin, so if your just focused on production attributes there are lots of better large breed dual purpose ducks in my opinion. To be fair i have never owned pekins.

Petkins barley lay eggs. She should get indian runner ducks they lay almost everyday and their super cute. Kakki campells lay a lot they lay 340 a year. Gold hyrbid and White hyrbird are commerical egg laying ducks you can tell their sex when there just born and they lay a LOT more than any ducks, these ducks were strictly made for egg production. Their is alos the Buff duck, Blue sweidsh, Welsh harquinn , Crested duck they lay okay but their my favirote breeds. Call ducks are cute but you want egg production.

I'm actually also getting Khaki Campbells too I heard they lay around 340 eggs which is about 40 more eggs than regular pekins lay. I think those are practically just like pekins the only difference I can think of are their feather color lol.

Pekins lay about 200-300 eggs a year which in my opinion is enough for my family and to sell. I'm gonna get 3 pekins and 3 khaki campbells so I'm gonna get like 700 eggs (this includes my Cayugas who are better for meat than for their eggs but I'm not gonna butcher them since they're so beautiful and their eggs can become black in the winter which is cool and Cayugas are WONDERFUL mothers compared to Khaki Campbells and Pekins) I also have a drake so when I get ducklings I can sell them on Craigslist and Facebook.

I mean the leg issue thing is true but I have had enough experience with helping my other poultry. I also think you are talking about Jumbo Pekins who were bred for meat and become larger than geese. Although you DO have a good reason why I should not get pekins and I think it's pretty helpful you told me that

I called them yesterday and they said they only sold duck eggs not the ducks unfortunately. I appreciate that you helped me though :)

My bad my petkins are not very good layers. You should also get Welsh harquinn there so pretty and crested ducks buff ducks are great lap ducks if you want a cuddly duck that will let you pick them up.

I think you need to do a bit more research.
