I would love to know what kind of bantam this is...

Those are Rhode island reds/ Production Reds and they probably are Large Fowl.

Sometimes in farm supply stores like TSC, the employees do not know a thing about poultry, therefore, the chicks probably got put in the wrong bin during cleaning, and never removed to the correct bin.

Why do you think they are LF? RIR's come in bantam.

I am guessing because i have not seen RIR bantams in a farm store. They may be bantams but because of their size and the fluff left on the chick (head area), i am pretty sure it is LF. The chick looks just like my hatchery reds at that age/size.

Here is my RIR bantam as an adult.

I love them so much I got five more this week, LOL. If you ever get the chance to get some, do it! They are so sweet and loveable!

I've heard they're sweet!

Thanks to everyone for the responses.

Here they are at almost 12 weeks old. Am I right in thinking two cockerels and one pullet? They are very friendly and curious, and they are always together.

That is a great picture. Mine are always running, I've never seen them walk anywhere.
