IA (incubators anonymous) September Hatches?

The Birchen Marans eggs are rocking now too! :woot It looks like most of the Batam Ameraucanas quit late again. I think she may have some kind of issue with her batams. The LF Ameraucanas and Marans I got from her have done really well. I had to candle to find a stinker. :sick

I checked my Day 20 eggs, some of the bantams are internally pipped! :yesss: One of the quail chicks didn't make it. So sad. Hopefully we don't lose all the A&Ms.
:fl

That’s what happened to all my shipped eggs in the spring. They stopped growing but were still alive. Over half the egg was liquid at day 18 but they were still moving around with good veins. And I know it wasn’t incubator related because mine hatch that was in with them.

Glad the BMs are rockin' for you. Hopefully you have some fluffy butts today! So sorry about the bantams! :hugs

I was concerned last night about my shipment when I got a text saying the package had arrived at the Ybor City distribution center. Previous shipments have sat there for as long as 36+ hours. Fortunately this package only spent 5 hours there and is now waiting for me at my PO, yay! I will pick them up before going to work.
I work 5 hours today, so I hope to get the big girls (11) out in the grow out pen this afternoon - finally!!! I just need to put some perches in. And I already built a small cage to put the 2 tweeners in. I plan to put that one inside the grow out pen so they can all get used to one another. That will just leave the 5 Blue Stars inside. :wee:yesss:

I had OEGB and Bantam Ameraucanas in there this hatch, the OEGB I looked at yesterday looked good! About 8/11 were internally pipped so I upped the humidity. So sad! I really wanted some Silver Bantams. I got 2 Wheaten cockerels and 1 Silver pullet. There were a couple that looked ok still, I hope they hatch! They were Wheaten too though, lol.
:fl

Thank you. I was at the PO when they opened, but they said that they hadn't unloaded the pallets yet :duc
the package had been there 4 hours already. And I cringe to think the eggs are shrink wrapped inside a pallet
I just got another text saying that the package was at my PO, so I guess they finally came across it and scanned it in? The original text was at 3:39 am.
So I have to go back after work.:hmm

What a bummer!!! I've been super lucky so far with eggs getting to me! I wouldn't say that out of fear of jinxing myself, but I am 100% done with hatching eggs this year. 100% done, if I keep saying in hopefully I will listen....
