Ice Hockey!!!!!!!

I played Hockey for many years when I was a younger man, I even coached pee wee hockey in HS. We don't have an Ice rink near here, and it never gets cold enough for ice, but I still have my skates ready.

I loooovvvveee hockey!!!! My husband plays in a bunch of charity games and they are so much fun. The greatest hockey movie of all time is of course, Slapshot. The arena shots (the one with the bright orange rafters) were filmed at the Broome County Vetern's arena here in Binghamton. Ooohh and in the movie Mystry Alaska at the very end they mention...Binghamton and our former AHL team, the Rangers. We are now the Senators, parent team obviously the Ottawa Senators. Go Sens Go!!

I love hockey, but DBF thinks that every time there's a Penguins game on, plans must be made around the game. Including travel time...if we visit my parents on hockey night, we have to get their early enough to watch the game. It's so funny, my parents never watched a hockey game in their life until I brought DBF around!

I try to watch it on t.v. but i lose intrest fast i pefer to be at the game!

the funniest thing i did today! I had practice for hockey and i am the goalie but i got really bored and my assistant coach gave me his stick and i was out scrimaging my team it was fun. I got to sk8 out a cupple of games back and i got a playmaker I was so excited!
