I just went out to tuck my birds in and take a tour of the yard before crashing as I do every night...a very large 'possum was trying to get into the coop...he is in 'possum heaven...got him with a .12 gauge I take with me on my nightly walk around...scared the poop out of the geese, but I guess that really isn't too hard to do...the duckies made a mad dash for the opposite end of their area and I had to sit and talk to them a bit before they got over the big scare of the shot gun...I hate to do that stuff but they can not have my birds...I will probably have 'possum nightmares tonight...
