Just in the feathers coming in on the wings, if there is brown, it's a gold, if there is white, it's a silver. Completely brown heads are gold, silvers can have just a little spot of brown on their heads, but not much. Golds also generally have brown chipmunk stripes down their backs.

It would be easier to explain if I were there in person. I'm no good with writing things down.
