ID skeleton?

Sierra snow melt revealed this former neighbor. I’ve seen coyotes, weasels, and dogs around but guessing a big possum? Anyone have a better idea? Spine was about 2 feet long.

It looks canine-ish to me. When the snow began melting here, it uncovered somebody's dog had died behind my barn, the skull is identical to what yours looks like here.
I think opossums have really ugly, long skulls. Google images might help

That’s a canine skeleton, either coyote or domestic dog. Opossums have more, and smaller teeth and with different arrangement than your photos. With better closeups of the teeth and top of skull, we might be able to narrow it further

100% not a domestic dog. Maybe coyote. And definitely not a small one! You have timber wolves where u live?
Cant really tell the size but if its its as big as it looks u should definitely sleep with one eye open!

It kinda looks like a fisher to me. They can be 2.5 ft long.
