ID Stowaway the Roo, Please?

This is Stowaway.

I'm trying to get breed, and age on him.

My best guess is a brown leghorn, and I'm assuming he's on the younger side based on the smaller spurs?

Red earlobes indicate that he is not a brown leghorn. I agree that he is not extremely old.
