Ideal Chicken Coop Door Size?

I have a very large shed converted coop that we are finishing up building. We need to cut a door for them. What would be the ideal door size for RIR's and Buff Orpingtons.

It doesn't get too cold here, we never have snow but it does get hot in the summer, sometimes in the 90s and 100s.

I have Buff's and other large standard sized birds (still chicks at this point)...I made my chicken door 12 x 12,,I'm sure I could have gone bigger, but I think it will be ok..My 80lb gsd can squeeze thru it so I figure the chickens can to

I made mine 12x14 because I was worried about my SLW. They're all chicks now, so fingers crossed it'll work.
