Because they are hatchery stock, I doubt that they are perfect quality. That doesn't mean they aren't breedable, though. You can probably find out APA info on Ideal's homepage. I don't think they are, I will look into it. Creves are a very rare breed, and they need as many breeders as possible to save them. Hatchery birds have potential to become show quality if you cull and breed for traits, even though most breeders say to avoid them. Are you selling your pair?
ETA I just checked the sight and didn't find anything about an APA membership...but being part of the APA does not constitute a heritage. Heritage birds are breeder birds that are slow-growers and produce lots of meat and eggs. With a lot of breeding, you could get them to that status.
