Anyone with experience ever get Barred Rock packing peanuts that turned out to be pullets?

packing peanuts as a rule are usually male chicks because they are expendable. I personally have never heard of pullet packing peanuts :/ Usually the hatchery feather sexes their wings, the spots are not that easy to go by. But that said I only see 1 or 2 small defined spotted heads, that "might" be a 50/50 that their female. However I wouldn't hold my breath ;)

I would say the only way you'd get a female packing peanut is if it was mis sexed by the hatchery.
