Does anyone know if the compiled price includes the shipping or does it not? (Say if I have a 30 dollar order is that it or is there also a shipping charge to add to that)

Yes, they have shipping, handling, boxing charges, plus small order charges.

All added up it comes out to be quite reasonable.

You can run your order through the computer and get a final price, or they are very nice on the phone and you can call them an ask.

My memory says that it is Whelp Hatchery where shipping is included in the price. I would assume that they have some sort of small order charge in addition.
